Sounds like the idiot that sold it to you doesn't even know about the product at all! It's more of an additive to a toner/color/conditioner etc shouldn't be used alone with developer. If you would like the real stuff you just let me know & I will send you some ok 😊 I'm glad I could help you out & you are always very welcome ☺

Yea what a bitch! Umm I only know of one reliable website but you have to be licensed to buy. Cosmoprof.com they distribute everything from Paul Mitchell to joico to opi to deva curl all kinds of licensed stuff

hmm I guess I won't be able to buy from that website since I'm a licensed nothing(? but I'll look into it, it's so annoying that I can't just freely buy from other countries because of all the stuff that's going on here :( anyway, I'll try to work my way around it : )

fuck, I knew it.. yeah , it was supposed to be , we don't have like official paul mitchell here ,the only way to get it is online, I told the **** who sold it to me like this is freaking brown,is it supposed to be? and she was like oh yeah that doesn't matter once it mixes with developer blah blah blah if you're inexperienced you shouldn't have bought it etc etc..
