paint full nail with a grey polish allow nail to dry , get any section of newspaper with wording then soak nail in alcohol for a few second. place piece of newspaper on soaked nail, press firmly as you would for a temporary tattoo. Pull the piece of newspaper of nail slowly. Nails should have the words from the paper. Apply a clear top coat to seal in design

1. Clear Base Coat 2. Hot Pink background over full nail. 3. Using a dotting tool make hello kitty with white polish. 4. Outline Hello Kitty with black polish also make 2 dots for eyes. 5. With dotting tool make a bow i chose a lighter pink . 6. With a yellow polish and a dotting tool make a nose. 7. Clear top coat to seal in design.

Elmo nails just plain amazing. First paint nails with a base coat of your choice(ALLOW BASE TO DRY FULLY.) 2. Paint full nail with a white polish, this allows elmo's face to pop and makes a nice background. (Allow polish to dry fully.) 3.Paint a red circle on the lower left or right side of nail not covering full nail leaving some white showing. (Allow Red Polish to dry fully)4. with a black polish make elmo's mouth and eyes the outline elmo.then with a orange color using a dotting tool make a large orange dot in the upper middle portion of elmo's head under his eyes (Allow polish to fully dry) Finally polish design with a top coat to protect design.
