Elmo Nail Design " Just Plain Amazing "

Elmo nails just plain amazing. First paint nails with a base coat of your choice(ALLOW BASE TO DRY FULLY.) 2. Paint full nail with a white polish, this allows elmo's face to pop and makes a nice background. (Allow polish to dry fully.) 3.Paint a red circle on the lower left or right side of nail not covering full nail leaving some white showing. (Allow Red Polish to dry fully)4. with a black polish make elmo's mouth and eyes the outline elmo.then with a orange color using a dotting tool make a large orange dot in the upper middle portion of elmo's head under his eyes (Allow polish to fully dry) Finally polish design with a top coat to protect design.
