I have the neutrogena moisturizer and even though the packaging says it's oil-free, it feels extremely oily on my skin. It leaves a residue that does not absorb into the skin.

Another awesome and totally under-rated oil-free moisturizer is the Cellex-C Sea Silk Oil-Free Moisturizer. It is perfect for dry, but still oily skin. It leaves your skin petal soft and totally hydrated without any greasiness. My skin feels totally balanced after using it. And at 34$ it's a steal!
