Like seriously I think I have out did myself with this mix you all! Ok so here we have one awesome ayurvedic whipped moisturizing butter and ayurvedic moisturizing leave in conditioner all made at home! Don't you love it when your DIY's go so well!!!! I do. So I hope that you try this mix, tweak it to fit you and enjoy. Your hair will thank you. Let me know your results. Any questions you know what to do ASK! Don't be afraid to try mixes on your own. Just do a little research get your facts together and go!!!!

**** FYI What Made This Mix Awesome Is The Combination Of Butters And Powders. Well At Least This Is What I Believe. Even further I believe most that Kokum and Mango is what knock this mix out of the ball park for me!!!!! I have made several whipped shea butter mixes that worked alright. However, this mix with mango, kokum, shea, amla, brahmi and neem has allowed me to retain moisture like never before in my natural hair life. I hope it works for you.*******

****Please remember to add more of the extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil. In the video I said 2 tbs but I added more off camera. if you don't add enough carrier oils your mix can come out too hard because of the Kokum***

Materials:
Mixing bowls
Boiling water
Butters (I used mango, kokum and shea)
Ayurvedic powders (I used neem, amla and brahmi)
Carrier Oils (at least 2-3)
Essential Oils (at least 2-3)
Plastic storage containers or glass containers for the finished product.
Measuring spoons
Blender (I used a hand held one)

Explanation of Exotic Butters:

Mango Butter
Mango Butter is said to be rich in antioxidants and can be used to soften, smooth and moisturize rough dry skin.
Common Uses: It has natural emollient properties, and is reputed to be useful for treating burns, stretch marks, scar reduction, wound healing and skin regeneration -- smoothing of wrinkles. It is also reputed to have protective effect against UV radiation and can be used to treat sunburns. Mango Butter is ideal in formulations for lotions, body butters, balms, soaps, shaving creams, hair care products and lip balms.

Kokum Butter
Kokum Butter comes from the Garcinia indicia tree grown in India. It has a marbled yellow-brown complexion with a slight earthy scent.
Common Uses: Often under-rated, Kokum Butter is one of the most hard and stable vegetable butters. It exhibits excellent emollient properties which can assist with skin regeneration. With its relatively higher melt point, Kokum Butter melts slightly at skin temperatures making it ideal for lipsticks and balms. It is also a great addition to bar soaps, body butters, creams and conditioners. It is more quickly absorbed into the skin without leaving a greasy feel and is often used as a substitute for Cocoa Butter due to its uniform triglyceride composition.

Ayurvedic Powders
Brahmi Powder - Combats chronic hair problems, makes hair dark, strengthens hair roots, controls hair thinning/ loss, controls premature greying, clears dandruff.

Amla Powder -- Stimulates root and promotes hair growth, reduces shedding, fights premature greying of hair, conditions hair

Neem Powder -- Cleansing, powerful antiseptic, good for clearing dandruff.
