Lol So to accomplish this I must use the right products in my hair to keep it in the recommended pH range 4 to 7. It is recommended to use products that are in the 4.0-5.5 range out of a scale of 1-14 with 1-6 being acidic, 7 neutral, and 8-14 being alkaline. Keeping this in mind will help anyone who wants to gain optimum control of their hair.

Sooooo this video is the famous ACV rinse recipe but pH balanced. When ACV is mixed incorrectly it can have your hair feeling like WTH!!! Hope this recipe helps anyone who's down for the pH crew...lol Enjoy!!!!

***The theory is that the cuticle needs to be closed. Alkaline range products will open up the cuticle and an acidic range products close it.***
