Well everyone, this is the final tutorial upload for Halloween this year! But don't worry, I'm here year-round! So don't forget to put in your requests! I really hope you enjoy this tutorial - I know I've done Emily a couple times before, but there are a few different tips and things in this one, so enjoy! This is probably one of my favorite looks on little girls. I had a client last year about my sister's age, and she turned out ADORABLE! You can also spray the hair blue if you'd like (we ran out of time). There are so many substitutions you can use for this look - you do not need to use the professional products unless you want to! DIY costumes would also be pretty easy for this - make a cute tulle tutu and pair it with a lacy camisole or long sleeve...the veil we used was just a piece of fabric.
