Week 2 Weigh-In on TSFL VLOG WEDDING

You can read my old blogs, watch my old videos. I've read, I've watched, I've studied, I've listened, I've been coached, I've been trained, etc... It's a lifelong battle. NOT A QUICK FIX.

Exercise? I've done the working out twice a day burning 1000 cal. a day.. eating a 1500 cal diet. I've stuck to lean protein, cutting out fatty foods, incorporating a RAW diet.
I've taken nutrition classes, and fitness classes.

I've done it all. My battle with my weight is not merely numbers. It's emotional and not purely physical. I've exhausted all other "diets" and have found that all have failed for me in the past.. or "I've failed it". Either way..

TSFL is what is working for me. I'm being educated by my coach, striving for good habits, pursuing my health. Please do not message me with dos and don'ts. I'm exhausted by it. I'm never this vocal, but I feel that I shouldn't be stressed by anyone that doesn't know me.
EVERY BODY WORKS DIFFERENTLY, EVERY SITUATION IS DIFFERENT, NOTHING IS SIMPLE.

Anyone that has struggled with more than a 40+ weight issue can understand where I'm coming from. Endless you have lost a tremendous amount of weight and have kept it off, please hold your comments. I just don't want to be misunderstood and don't want those that are in the same position as me understood.
