Yay for my first DIY Nail Art Tutorial! This is a super simple and cute look for the 4th of July. I wanted to keep it easy and fun and I thought it would be a good introduction to more nail art tutorial videos. I also thought it would be helpful if I mentioned the most common nail art tools for beginners. One thing that I forgot to mention is that you need to wait for each layer to dry before you move on the the next step. This will help prevent smearing. I hope you guys like the look and have a super fun and happy 4th of July. Muahhh!
