Here is my history with depression and experiences going through it. I hope I could help you either relate to me and my story or to at least better understand depression and what someone you may love or know could be experiencing themselves and how to better relate to them and empathize with their issues. This is purely MY story and MY experience, everyone is different. I am not saying one thing is the answer, only that this is how I changed my life around and what I do to work at it every day of my life.
