Kelly Rowland "Kisses Down Low" Inspired Super Bright Makeup Tutorial

I'm back with a super fun, bright makeup tutorial! I know you guys have seen a ton of these Kelly Rowland tutorials on YouTube, but I had to get in on the fun! Unfortunately, despite many attempts, my normal editing program wouldn't let me render the video so technical difficulties kept me from posting this earlier. I

I hope you guys don't mind, but I think it was worth the wait...the bright colors are so fun and right in time for Spring. I used my 120 palette so this look would be easy to replicate - so definitely pull out your 88/120/blush palettes because it's a rather simple look to do with whatever makeup is in your collection. Check it out!

Check out my video highlights:
Apply a non-creasing eyeshadow primer
Apply a white jumbo pencil as a base
Pack on yellow shadow on inner half of lid
Pack on a bright green shadow on outer half of lid
Blend a warm brown crease transition Color
Deeper outer v with darker green shade
Clean up eyeshadow shape and brows with concealer
Set brow bone with matte highlight shade
Line top lashline with liquid liner
Apply white jumbo pencil and shadow to lower lashline
Line lower lashline with blue pencil and set with blue shadows
Apply lashes/mascara
After foundation and concealer, contour with bronzer and apply hot pink blush on top. Then Line lips with magenta pencil, top with bright pink lipstick and pearly gloss
