So this look was a request to do a Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz look and being the art student that I am, I took my imagination and creativity to it and came up with this look. P.S. I totally enjoyed being a witch more than some 12 year old girl, looking way younger like that was just creepy to me :P

Concept: My idea behind this was as if the wicked witch had taken over Dorothy or if the witch embodied the young girl and had become evil in the body of her. It was supposed to be like the witch is really trying to break through and completely take over.
