It's weird but I miss my old self, the pressure to lose weight and keep the weight off can be a bit much at times. New friends that wasn't my friends before because I was so big and guys that wouldn't take a second look at me. All of these things made me wonder is it worth it. How can I be true to myself? Make the right choices and keep only real people around. With all of these thoughts I became overwhelms with emotions. This journey is not easy and sometime I wish I never started it, because of some of the reasons I stated above. But now that I'm in it I know I can't stop because it's my life. As I look back at my old self I didn't care much at all. I would get on camera and go places looking a mess. If nothing else this journey as taught me to care about myself physically, no matter how big you are you can pretty yourself up
