*MY INTERVIEW TIPS!*
Disclaimer: These are only my opinions on what I would personally do, but do whatever you feel is best and makes you feel more comfortable. All of these tips of course depend on the job your going for, this is just a general view (and in reference to what I chose myself, I was going for an office job).

Appearance-wise it is best to stay safe. You don't want to look overdone but to look well and look groomed.
So for makeup a simple, fresh look is best. In this video I show a shimmery lid. However if you don't like the shimmer or want something more understated, simply swap for a light coloured matte shadow swept over the lid. Keep the foundation as natural as you care for. You don't need to have amazingly flawless skin, but having a little something to even out the skin tone looks well. A little concealer should do the trick to cover any major blemishes. You may want to powder, or take a blot powder with you as if you get nervous, you may get warm and a bit shiny. A subtle blush then will give you a healthy look. Brows are up to you but I think a little definition gives a more polished overall look.

For your outfit, it depends on the type of job you are going for but whatever you feel would definitely be suitable - again keeping it safe rather than sorry (you'll be doubting and worrying yourself otherwise). It needn't be the most trendy outfit, but something that makes you look put together and presentable. For this interview I wore a pale blue shirt (with a 3/4 length sleeve as it is a bit warm here and I do tend to get nervous just before), a thick black waist belt to give a more fitted shape, a pair of grey trousers, and black ballet flats. So very plain, but appropriate for an office situation, and a simple accessory like a belt can add a little something extra.

For your hair, again I would personally keep it on the simpler side. I pulled mine back into a bun. Then to tame any fly-aways I spritzed it with water, smoothed over with a teasing/soft brush, and sprayed with hairspray. If your leaving your hair down (again depending on the job your going for), you may not want to go all out with a fussy style, but keeping it polished and groomed.

Some very general tips...
Keep as calm as you can! Don't over-think during the day as you may get stressed too much - personally I put it out of my head, got on with my errands and then started to gather my thoughts before I needed to leave.

Think positively - and mean it! Get into the mindset that you genuinely are the best person for this job. If you believe in yourself and all of your attributes it will make thinking on the spot so much easier. Rather than trying to quickly conjure up words for your strengths, experience etc, you can then speak genuinely about these things. Reassure yourself of how able and prepared you are and then relate it to them: You have adequate experience to deal with this position, you are confident in learning new tasks and skills, you would be excited to start work in this position, and they should hire you...now go tell them!

Other than that it all depends on yourself and your future (hopefully!) position! Best of luck! :)
