Pros
-create any shape of eye you want by using a variety of lengths all over lashline
-good for people who have eye shapes that don't fit lashes sold as strips
-very natural looking
-do not have to wear thick liner to hide the band which is good for people who have hooded eyes who need the saved space.
-relatively cheap for one package considering most of the time you get at least 20 something.
-doesn't look crazy if you accidentally lose one

Cons
-you can only use once
-takes some time to get used to applying them
-takes longer to apply

Strips
Pros
-they have a variety of styles for every occasion
-you can wear them over and over if you clean them and take care of them
-good for people who don't have a good set of natural base lashes to start with
-very beautiful in pictures

Cons
-tend to lift in the corners
-can look crazy if applied wrong or if the two eyes weren't applied exactly the same
-tendency to cause discomfort if they are not the right length for eye shape
-sometimes the band is hard to work with
