Ingredients:
1 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
Half a pound chicken breast chopped
Adobo Mix
Black Peppercorns and Bay Leaves
9oz Oyster Sauce
1/4 cup Spicy Vinegar
4 spoon Soy Sauce
Extra Virgin Olive oil
1 cup of water
STEPS:
Heat Big Pan in medium heat , pour extra virgin olive oil. Sauté Chopped onions and tomato for 20 sec. Add the chicken breast mix em together and leave for good 1 minute. Add adobo mix and 1 cup of water for 10-15 mins or till the chicken is cooked and tender... Add 9 oz of oyster sauce and 4 spoon of soy sauce mix em together then add the spicy vinegar. Leave for another 10-15 mins or till the sauce is nice and thick. Serve with steam rice.
