So I think this might be the last Halloween Makeup Tutorial that I make. This makeup is inspired by The Hunger Games Effie Trinket. I love the makeup she's wearing, I just added extra glitter to make it standout.
On the other hand, the lighting is way off,(I know) but I was having problems with my camera and lighting :/ Second I didn't realized I had lipstick on my teeth,lol. That's what happens when you wake up early morning to record videos! haha.
