Zoya Nail polish(Coping with bright colors)

Hey everyone I wanted to do this vid to show one of the ways I cope with anxiety out in public. I always paint my nails bright colors or a color that you don't see very often. For me if I'm out in public and get nervous I look down at my nails and it does calm me down a little. Zoya is my favorite brand of nail polish. I'll list the site and colors I show in the vid below. Hope this helps someone learn some new coping skills.
