Apply a base coat and red nail polish. Next, use white acrylic paint or nail polish to paint a dove and outline it with black. To make the wings more realistic, use a small nail art brush with black paint and make small lines at the ends of the wings and tail. With the same brush and paint you can define the wings some more and add eyes. If you want the dove to have some color, you can add some (glittery) brown stripes to the wings. I used nail polish. On the other nails and around the birds I made some flowers with white, yellow and green paint. Lastly, apply a topcoat and you're done!
