Medium-framed women should weigh 7 to 11 lbs. more than small-framed women, and large-framed women should weigh 9 to 17 lbs. more than medium-framed women. The differences are greater for taller women. A 5'2" woman's desirable weights are 108 to 121 lbs. if she's small-framed, 118 to 132 lbs. if she's medium-framed and 128 to 143 lbs. if she's large-framed. A 5'1" medium-framed woman should weigh 115 to 129 lbs., and a 5'3" medium-framed woman should weigh 121 to 135 lbs.
