This video will show you how to paint a 'heart necklace' on your nails with a messy black border!

Start with a base coat and apply 2 layers of light pink nail polish or until it's opaque. Next, use a sponge with black nail polish on it and dab it on the edges of the nails. It's also nice have a few spots a little more in the middle of the nails. When that is dry, you can start painting the necklace with a small nail art brush or a striper brush and black acrylic paint or nail polish. Use the same brush of a slightly thicker one and the black acrylic paint for the heart. Lastly, apply a topcoat. I hope you enjoyed this Valentine Nail Art Design!
