okay p90x family I SUCCESSFULLY completed week one of P90X I have learned a great deal about my body this week. what it's able to handle and how far I can push it. Boy I had some rough patches this week lol yoga has got to be number 1. I just felt like it was the hardest thing for me to do I guess because i' m not as flexible as I thought but my goal is to be able to complete the whole entire program without stopping and to keep pushing myself.

I 100% completely love this program Kenpo/Cardio/Ab Ripper are my favorites I really like legs and back and also shoulders and arms. Really really good workouts.
It is so important to keep a workout diary it helps out so much I use mines to write down my goals my thoughts of my workouts my calorie intake,my starting morning weight,my meals my reps and just overall how i' m feeling.
So remember for this challenge I have decided not to drink:
POP
COFFEE
JUICE
The only liquid that I do have is water as well as 5 meals a day
breakfest
snack
lunch
snack
dinner
No food after 8pm
and try to be in bed between 10-11pm
I found having this routine is helping me out tons because when I wake up in the morning to work out i' m ready and prepared and don't feel tired and like I don't want to do it and I use to have a hard time eating breakfest and even lunch but I found even sometimes planning out my meal for the day makes things a lot easier for me.
