For the costume:
I did spend a bit more on these pants but you certainly don't have to! I recently splurged on these Disco Pants knock offs, they were half the price so I thought I'd make use of them here. (Also, I'm not adventurous enough to wear low rise with a crop top lol.) You can wear high-waisted pants like I did, or true to the time bell bottoms or flares. You could make a crop top by cutting it and just leaving a strip of fabric to tie. The wedges were 7 bucks and the top only a dollar, so you can still achieve this look on a budget. I wore a nude tank top because I still want to keep warm. Use whatever colors you like, she may wear orange, but this is an inspired look, so have fun!

For the hair:
If your hair isn't curly or thick like mine, you'll most likely need to wear a wig.

For the makeup:
Once again, use an eye primer so the shadow will last. Add falsies or mascara, and a nude gloss and you're set!
