Pre shampoo with oil overnight, shampoo & detangle in shower, Joico K Pak Recontstructant (coz I dye my hair and it needs a good strong protein every now and again), Deep Condition with Plastic cap 1 hr, wash out, leave in, homemade hair gel, oil to seal, flexi rod overnight, air dry and 10 mins hood dryer next morning...picked out the curls and voila...
