1/2 cup of flaxseed, 1 cup of water (or floral water or herbal water), bring to the boil and then strain once its turned to gel...1 tbs each of Castor Oil, Jojoba Oil and Glycerine, 2 tsp of Guar Gum to thicken, Preservative and I used Lavender and Rose Geranium Essential Oils
