Here's a make-up tutorial on how to create this silver star affect around the eye area. This look was inspired by Strictly Come Dancing 2011 show which was worn by Flavia Cacace. This look would be great for Halloween, dancers/dance troops, or if you want to have something different to stand out from the crowd.
