Just wanted to update you guys on my progress. So sorry that I've been MIA for a while. I had to undergo major surgery in my ear however I am much better now. I started the Atkins diet last week and already lost 5 lbs. I forgot to mention in the video that I ran for half hour today. Trying to increase my cardio.
