Okay so this is a Hime Gyaru style hair tutorial. Its not as big or as large as I would like to give a good definition of it but for now this will do.
Its a chic and yet sophisticated style.

Hime Gyaru is a style from Japan, and it means Princess girl ..If you love dressing girly and looking adorable, and having fun with your looks this is a fun style to try!! ^_^

Hime (姫 ?) is the Japanese word for princess or a lady of higher birth. Note that although "princess" is usually given as the translation, daughters of a monarch are actually referred to by other terms, e.g. oujyo (王女), literally king's daughter. The word hime initially referred to any beautiful female. The antonym of hime is shikome (醜女), literally ugly female, though it is archaic and rarely used. Hime may also indicate feminine or simply small when used together with other words, such as Hime-gaki (a low line of hedge).

Gyaru (ギャル ?) is a Japanese transliteration of the English word gal. The name originated from a 1970s brand of jeans called "gals", with the advertising slogan: "I can't live without men", and was applied to fashion- and peer-conscious girls in their teens and early twenties. Its usage peaked in the 1980s and has gradually declined. The term gradually drifted to apply to a younger group, whose seeming lack of interest in work or marriage gained the word a "childish" image. It is now used almost interchangeably with kogyaru and younger generations may consider it clichéd or even archaic.
