I personally Don't save cals and carbs that often because I dont eat heavy meals late at night, but it can be helpful on those days that you kno you will have a late night dinner. You can end the night still feeling good about how you day went.
Also I'm not sure how saving most of your cals and carbs for one meal will affect your weight or health so I would say only do it on special occasions.
