Hey Rachel..I decided to go more dramatic since all the other entries are more wearable and went for a Mermaid Makeup fit for a night out if you decide to stop before adding the scales on the forehead and maybe go a bit lighter on the liquid liner.......or HALLOWEEN if you want the whole look!
