This will be my VLOG on my weight loss and reaching my goal weight. I plan on sharing my workout routine, being on weight watchers, the cleanse diet (which I am explaining in this video) and other things related to my weight loss. I made a mistake in the video LOL so let me correct it now my starting weight last April was 245 lbs not 235 as I state in the video. So I have lost 65 lbs total ...! I know I lost more but with Aunt Flo in town I can gain up to 6 lbs ...

I have reached a Plateau in my weight loss so that is why I am trying this cleanse diet. This is a diet that was provided to me by my trainer Mark.
