Showing off my muscle I have been power lifting off and on since 2009 I really got into it in 2013 but fell out of it in 2017 when a severe vitamin b6 and b12 deficiency had me feeling lethargic and couldn't get out of bed. after genetic testing and being put on the correct vitamins my stamina has been returning and so has my power and physique.
