When we reach our 30s our hormone levels, collagen and elastic levels decrease, meaning our skin begins to look thinner and starts to sag (which is fine but id like to slow that process down a bit if you know what I mean;)
Our fine lines and wrinkles become more pronounced due to cell turnover decrease!
I found that my skin began to change once I entered my 30s, my skin is not as oily, so my main goal is to keep my skin toned and hydrated and cross my fingers that it slows the aging process down :)
