I have started to put together retreats to hold space for those who want to learn the ancient techniques of yoga. Surrounded by nature using of yoga, shamanism and ancient practices. Together we can learn, heal and grow, we can discover our true nature and our ability to fly. I am also staring to read astrology charts based on the Egyptian and greek zodiac to heal ancestral trauma passed on from the womb. I use the stars as a gift to shine the light on your potential. Only now do I feel I can use my gifts to serve others and support others to heal. There are many ways in which we can heal using many tools and techniques which I have come to learn. I thank all those who have shone their light on my path and now I will shine mine for others to.
