What I eat in a day to get back on track!!! I have been off most of this month and it's always hard to get back into my routine of low carb and high protein diet. I made an easy low carb chicken and broccoli alfredo for dinner while enjoying tacos for lunch. I eat about twice a day and I intermittent fast to keep calories in check. Plus size girls eat healthy and are healthy too!!!
