WHY DOES IT LOOK OLD? JUVIA'S PLACE FOUNDATION STICK REVIEW

I want to make it clear that I have no idea why the foundation looks like this and it's just my opinion, conspiracy, whatever that something is wrong with it. I've never had such discoloration on an foundation or contour stick but it seems odd to me that nobody else is talking about this. I think if this type of color inconsistency was on any other brand's product then it'd be a huge deal...so why is Juvia's Place not receiving any talk about this?
