How I lost 25 pounds in 2 months! I am not a doctor or a nutritionist but I wanted to share my experience with you guys on what worked best for me! For years I tried everything to lose weight and get into shape but nothing ever seemed to work for me until now. I was very active and lived a healthy lifestyle but I wasn't seeing any results and started to lose hope. With these tips, tricks and secrets I share with you in this advice video, I finally achieved my goals and am the happiest and most confident I have ever felt with myself and really hope that this video will help somebody out there. There is always more room for improvement with anything, but finally beginning to take care of myself is a new, but wonderful thing that has also helped me better myself when it comes to my mental health as well.
