Examples include:

- Drinking lots and lots of water
- Eating skin-nourishing foods
- Always remembering to remove your makeup before bed
- Pampering your skin with masks, exfoliators and moisturizers
- Wearing a broad spectrum (UVA & UVB) SPF
- etc...

Skincare is one of my favorite topics so I will surely do a video on this soon! Possibly including some of my favorite products, my little tips & tricks and my thoughts on when to start using anti-aging.
