If you are like me, you don't do so well when there is a total feeling of hopelessness. Some people thrive on drama, pain and sadness but that's not me! It seems that everywhere you go, there's fear being shared with regard to the coronavirus or the COVID-19 situation. I understand how serious this is on so many levels. However, I also understand that mentally staying fit is also something we need to do. Staying in and being inundated with bad news can cause anxiety and depression.

It seems that everywhere you go, there's fear being shared with regard to the coronavirus or the COVID-19 situation. I understand how serious this is on so many levels. However, I also understand that mentally staying fit is also something we need to do. Staying in and being inundated with bad news can cause anxiety and depression.

My goal is to help you take your mind off of the current events surrounding the coronavirus for a little while. Come spend some time with me and 10 others sharing things that have nothing to do with the current events. Call it a brain break if you will. I hope you will come spend time with me, meet new friends, gain new followers and most importantly, share some laughs as you take your mind off of the COVID-19 virus.
