Also my before picture is not all that, because at the time i wasn't proud enough to take a good one, but you can see the difference in the hips (Hip centric)

I lost 35 pounds of hips, booty and thighs and toned around my body. 2012 was one of the best years of my life and to be able to follow a strict workout is just out of this world.

Yes I followed a strict Diet by Tracy Anderson Dynamic Food Plan, I had to meal prep everything in advance to create a solid structure. I had to say no to people,bring my food or watch them eat in front of me. Looking back now in 2014 things are a little different not as strict I'm now vegetarian as of this year. but how the heck did i do all this? Watch
