What you need:
Fresh ground nutmeg - 1 large spoon
Milk 1 large spoon
Mix both together, i like a water like mixture, i don't like a thick, due to having sensitive skin. If you would like to make a thick paste you can do.
Apply all over and leave for 20/25mins, then rinse with warm water!
