Maximum Hydration Method: Step 1, Clarifying- Cherry Lola Treatment

This step is step 1 of the 7 day challenge (or as many days as you can), after that you will use a different step 1. The Max Hydration Method site promotes the Cherry Lola Caramel treat (although this shorter version is “approved), but “ain’t nobody got time for that”. This treatment jumpstarts the detangling process ( I finger detangled only), and loosened up my hair a bit. You can do this treatment again in place of the other step 1 options as often as you like. Ingredients:
16oz (1cup) Full Fat Yogurt
2 tablespoons Baking Soda
2 tablespoons Bragg’s Liquid Aminos

Time: 25 minutes (includes application and 15 minutes wait time)
Cost: 4.19 (yogurt + baking soda), I already have braggs liquid aminos, but the approximate cost of that is right under $5
