Tuesday 12/9 1min Burn Outs Warm Up: 30 sec each move - 2 rounds (take a 10-15 sec break in between rounds). Jumping Jacks, Skaters, Squat Hops, Sumo Burpees. Arm Burn Out: 1min each move. Pushups, Tricep Dips, Chest Squeeze, Tricep Pushups, Downward Dog Pushups. Rest 1 min. Leg Burn Out: 1min each move. Alternating Curtsy Lunge and Squat, Fwd/Bwd Lunge w/ Squat, Deadlift w/ Kickback, Around the World Lunge Left, ARTW Lunge Right. Rest 1min. Ab Burn Out: repeat sequence for 1min rest for 30 sec and do 2 more time (3x total). 2 Plank Jacks, 2 Plank Cross Knee Tucks, 2 Side Knee Tucks. Repeat entire circuit for a 30 min total body workout
