Hello everyone,
My weight has been up and down over the years and basically I'm over that, lol. I want to be in the best possible health that I can be. I felt this would be a great opportunity for me to show my journey and that may help someone and in turn myself someone could help me.
I haven't decided exactly how I want to do the weekly updates. If you have any suggestions let me know. However, you can visit me on Instagram because I know I will be putting updates there. Starting May 21, 2014. You can take YOUR weight and divide it by 2 and that how many ounces you should drink every day ONLY (for this week only).
