Welcome to Healthy Beauty Talk episode 6! Congrats on making it through just over 1 month of being on track to a healthier and happier you!

This episode is a little different then my usual episodes where I "talk" about healthy stuff. This time I did not talk at all! Which was hard and something I haven't done in my videos for a while but I thought it didn't need a voice over since everything was pretty easy to understand just by watching.

BUT

In case you do need some info on it, I will list the ingredients used bellow!

Ingredients:
------------------------------------
1 tps milled flax seeds
1/3 cup of soy milk (around that)
1/2 an apple of your choice
2 oz shot of Vemma liquid antioxidant
1 cup spinach (or large hand full)
1/4 cucumber diced


And that is it! Get all your daily nutrients in one easy green smoothy that tastes great!

I RECOMMEND
You try to do this smoothy every day, preferable for/with your breakfast.
