Hey guys! I know this video is quite different compared to the other videos I usually make, however I absolutely love baking, so I figured I would share with you my favourite fall-time desert; an apple crisp! Ah, it's just so yummy especially paired with vanilla ice cream, mmmmm! This recipe is super easy and fast to make! Enjoy!

Recipe and Instructions:

- Peel and slice 8 large red apples
- Put in a large bowl and add cinnamon generously and the juice of 1/2 a lemon
- In a separate bowl add 1 cup oil, 1 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp vanilla and 1 cup of white flour.
- Mix well until evenly incorporated!
- Put apples in a large oven-safe dish
- Spread mixture over apples
- Bake for 1 hour @ 350 f
