I hope you all enjoy this video!! I have been loving colored eyeliner lately and i figured i would do a blue look! This was a spur of the moment kinda thing and i ended up loving it! I have another colored liner tutorial coming up for you in the next few days- I was going to upload it before this one buttttt i changed my mind haha (thats why there is a clip of a video thats not uploaded @ the end...editing mistake.. as well as my voiceover mistake in the eyeliner part... i think i was too excited to upload this video?? haha) Hope you guys love this look.
