The Air Jordan 11 Concord is widely regarded as one of, if not the most, popular sneakers of all-time. A white upper is met by a black patent leather mudguard and translucent sole. Concord herringbone pads are visible on the outsole giving way to the the nickname. Michael Jordan debuted the Air Jordan 11 Concord during his comeback in the 1995 NBA Playoffs. The Air Jordan 11 released in 1995 and later retroed in 2000. Winter of 2011 will see the return of the Air Jordan 11 Concord.

The Air Jordan 11 is a model that's so far been impervious to any real material tweaks in its retro lifetime. Every pair that's come out, save for those couple of "Snakeskin" low versions, has had the all important patent leather shine to it. Offering up an alternate take on that classic is this Air Jordan XI "Bred" sample that instead sports a synthetic nubuck look across the upper to go with the original colorway in place. The Air Jordan IX (9), one of the least produced Jordans to date, is set to make a splash with the Powder Blue IX acting as the cannonball that'll get everyone drenched in Jordan Retro fever. The Air Jordan IX was released when Michael Jordan first retired from the game of basketball after the tragic death of his father; another interesting piece of data was that the Air Jordan IX was NEVER worn by Jordan in a basketball game until his final season in 2003 (although he did wear a cleat version during his time with the double-A Birmingham Barons). The Air Jordan XIII is widely considered among the top performing Jays on-court, and here's another look at the upcoming retro that would have matched the Eastern Conference's All Star uniforms, had the NBA not opted for an MLB-style look in 1998. Forever known for their Flint Grey suede sections, the Flint AJXIIIs were the earliest example of Nike using ballistic nylon. On this pair, reflective 3M threads are woven into an otherwise blue nylon 'dimple' panel, a look that's repeated on the Bred XIIIs.

The Air Jordan 8 (VIII) Retro -- Aquas (Black / Bright Concord -- Aqua Tone) was one of the most anticipated retro releases of all time. Non team colors of Air Jordan's always have a strong following, especially for older models. Probably one of the most exciting release since the Air Jordan 5 (V) Retro LS -- Grapes (White / Emerald Green -- Grape Ice) release is the Air Jordan Retro 8 Aqua. They were released in 2007, and sold very well. They feature a black durabuck upper, anti-inversion cross straps, a poly carbonate torsion plate, air sole, and an inner sleeve similar to the Nike Air Huarache. Purple and aqua highlights / streaks light up the back end of the shoe.

The Air Jordan 7 (VII) Retro -- Black / Citrus -- Varsity Red were released on June 28, 2006, and retailed for $135. They feature a black suede upper with red and orange accents, which can be seen on the Jumpman logo, tongue, and midsole. Besides the bright orange colors, an noticeable feature which mad these really nice and stand out more was the orange contrast stitching, which definitely draws attention to the shoe. The shoe features openings on the sides, around the ankle area, which was intentional, and created to sort of follow the design of the Nike Air Huarache series, which also features an inner sock / shoe which really conforms to your foot. They were designed by Tinker Hatfield, who is notorious for his Air Jordan designs, and he created the Air Jordan 7 (VII) with the intention of keeping them to "young and interesting, while remaining sophisticated".
