Filling in your eyebrows takes tons of practice. You will get better at it though and you will start to learn what works and what doesn't work for you. Always try new things and learn new techniques!

I always groom my brows first. I choose to tweeze because I'm so used to it that it doesn't bother me anymore and doing it any other way would be weird for me lol. I normally wait until I get out of the shower, but I had to it the other way around this time.
