I've been trying out this new L'Oreal Lash Paradise Waterproof mascara and wanted to give you a perspective from someone without long, thick lashes. I also compare it to the original L'Oreal Voluminous Waterproof and discuss how it differs from Too Faced Better than, which is what everyone seems to be comparing it with. Is this this best mascara for thin lashes or is it worth the hype?
